How about we… meet for a tea/coffee and then stroll the Walkway Over the Hudson to chat, get acquainted and to enjoy the beautiful fall foliage lining the banks of the Hudson River?
An awesome place I've visited:
St. Johns, Halifax
My perfect Sunday:
Sleep in, lounging around in sweat pants, with bed head and hair in a pony, glasses on, just chilling at home enjoying a leisurely pancake breakfast with the kids, cat and dog sprawled throughout the house chilling just the same.
The movie I've watched the most times:
Several faves that I watch over and over: LOTR Trilogy, Map of the Human Heart, Dear Frankie, The Big Easy, Sixteen Candles, Some Kind of Wonderful, Breakfast Club and the "Brat Pack" genre. But 2 movies I watch without fail EVERY year: A Christmas Story and Hocus Pocus.
My first concert / My dream concert:
Bon Jovi, duh!
Obscure knowledge I possess:
Im like an 80's genre juke box.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
I heart men who are respectful and have good character, honor and integrity. That doesnt mean he should be a wimp. Just a good guy with a BIG heart!
For me, a first date no-no is:
BAR hopping! Happy Hour! Drinks?! Big No no. Well beyond that stage of my life...
What I would bring to show and tell:
Pics of my kids, doggy and cat, of course.
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
I have a few funny ones should help break the ice: 1) It involves crayons and court. 2) It involves me in my high school band. 3) It involves my clerkship in CT Superior Court - w the memo from Ed M.
I secretly want to be:
A News Anchor on CNN or an Investigative Journalist a la Marianna Van Zeller
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
Themselves. Real. Down to earth. True. Good hearted. Not a phony.
An infatuation of mine:
Clive Owen. Nuff said.
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Pay off all my debts, settle my children and members of my family with financial stability and then head several philanthropic organizations directed towards empowering women, providing for less fortunate children and bettering our community. For the greater good. All of the above after a month long vaca to Bora Bora, of course.
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
That I hate doing yard work!
I want to come home to:
My family. There's nothing better!
