I know how to swing dance, can tell you the equation for calculating time dilation off the top of my head, probably know more about 1940's music than your grandparents, and know just enough about pretty much anything to have a conversation about it.
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
I have a weakness for intelligence, creativity, and liveliness. Energy and enthusiasm is a must. I'll also admit a large fondness for wildness and a bit of kink, although both in moderation. Basically, someone who enjoys life, isn't about to let my rather large personality upstage her, and can be both romantic and thoughtful as well as wild. It's a tough one to find. Here's hoping I can manage.
For me, a first date no-no is:
I honestly don't know. Showing up drunk, I suppose, or telling me partway through that you're actually a guy. :P In short, I can't really think of any, mainly because my first dates have, to this point in time, tended to go rather well.
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
Hmm...my high-school stalker makes a great story, if only to diffuse any awkwardness by showing something so awkward it makes everything else look absolutely perfect. Asking me about Spartan Madball (a sport played at my old college) is another interesting one.
