About jessiej1433

An awesome place I've visited:

I've been to 14 different countries but my favorite so far has been Greece. The people are warm. The food is fresh. The wine is plentiful (so is the Ouzu but I can't hang with this stuff). And it's full of culture, history and great conversations. Greeks love to talk! I also love Italy (particulary Sorrento and Rome) and southern France but who doesn't? Most of my trips are sunshine and relaxation oriented so I've never "roughed it" camping in tents or anything like that and I can't imagine I would like any trip where I can't shower for multiple days. That being said however it's always been a dream of mine to climb Mt Kilimanjaro. I'm really competitive where fitness is concerned so I'd love to see if I could mentally and physically take this on plus the added opportunity to go on safari in Africa.

My perfect Sunday:

My perfect Sunday is grabbing a cup of coffee from my favorite coffee shop, heading over to the dog park so Sophie (my brussels griffon) can socialize, reading the paper, meeting some friends for brunch, going home and making my meals for the next few days and going to sleep immediately following The Walking Dead, if I can. That show gets harder and harder to stomach with each passing week but I'm addicted.

The movie I've watched the most times:

Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom. Harrison Ford-enough said.

My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:

I grew up in a small surfing community but don't surf. I am the middle child but don't have a complex about it, i think. My best friend is my brother. I've always had animals growing up-dogs, cats, mice, hamsters, lizards, birds...everything but snakes because I couldn't stomach feeding them. I work so I can support my lifestyle, not to be consumed by a career.

My first concert / My dream concert:

What a horrible question! My first concert was New Kids on the Block. So embarrassing but they were cool at the time! My dream concert was Sir Paul McCartney and I was 11th row center. I would love to see Billy Joel and Elton John though.

Obscure knowledge I possess:

I know a lot about dog psychology. That really gets me no where in life, but i do have a very well behaved dog.

I have a weakness for guys/girls who:

I have a weakness for guys that say bless you (or similar) when a stranger sneezes.

For me, a first date no-no is:

Airing out your baggage. I think we should talk about eachother first. If right away you have to head for your past than we probably have no future, right?

What I would bring to show and tell:

I'll suprise you.

A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:

How I recently fell down the stairs at Lincoln Imax Theatre in front of hundreds of people and skinned my knee like a 6-year-old child. I just started laughing and the crowd started clapping because I was ok. I guess that's the story so no need to ask.

I secretly want to be:

A personal trainer. Fitness is a huge part of my life and I love to get others involved.

I want to be with someone who wants to be:

the best version of themselves.

If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:

I would donate and invest and help my family, of course! But then I would buy houses all over the world and spend the rest of my life bouncing from one to the other depending on season.

One thing my mother would want you to know about me:

I might seem outgoing but I'm really shy! Handle with care :)

I want to come home to:

Peace. My home is my sanctuary and a place of release, relaxation and...you know.
