How about we… meet up at the UC Santa Cruz arboretum and wander around pretending we're in the Southern Hemisphere.
How about we… eat eclairs at a local bakery and see who makes more of a mess!
How about we… go whale watching and eat clam chowder on the wharf after...unless we get too seasick!
An awesome place I've visited:
Mono Lake in the Eastern Sierra...my second home
My perfect Sunday:
Walking or riding my bike to downtown Pacific Grove for breakfast or coffee and then walking home by the ocean
The movie I've watched the most times:
Hmmm...there's not just one....but if I had to choose...maybe Mary Poppins? I started watching it so young it's been around forever...
My life history in 5 sentences or fewer:
There are so many things I want to do in this life. Finding a way to make a living, have a family someday, while maintaining balance and being stress-free...that seems like challenge enough for one lifetime. And humor MUST be a part of everything for me. I want to lead a life that gives back, and takes as little as possible.
My first concert / My dream concert:
The Beatles if they still existed! But today, definitely the TUNEYARDS
Obscure knowledge I possess:
How Chicken manufacturers in the U.S. stay in business...
I have a weakness for guys/girls who:
Are confident and comfortable with themselves....and make me laugh
For me, a first date no-no is:
Talking non-stop without asking any questions
What I would bring to show and tell:
Probably my Sound Machine...because I'm a giant dork
A story you should remind me to tell you on our first date:
Why I'm an orchid thief...
I secretly want to be:
A fashion designer, an athlete, a wildly successful artist, etc etc.
I want to be with someone who wants to be:
with me! (cheeky answer, I know, but it's true)
An infatuation of mine:
delicious food of all kinds
If I won the lottery and quit my job, I would:
Travel somewhere tropical, donate to charities, and then use the rest wisely...perhaps exclusively paint for a few years too
One thing my mother would want you to know about me:
I'm sensitive on the outside, but tough on the inside
I want to come home to:
Someone! Preferably a close friend at least...and then a warm fire, glass of wine or beer, some good tv or a book...
