Life-long Midwestern who grew up behind a computer screen way before that was the norm. After a severe culture shock in college, realized there was more to life than numbers and logic. Now I try to straddle all worlds, geeking out on science, art, food, books and music. Recently moved to Chicago and spend my days exploring this lovely flat cultural playground. But still eager to shake the dust off my passport and see the world...
My first concert / My dream concert:
First concert was the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame Inaugural. Unfortunately I honestly barely remember it, except that it went on for hours and hours... My unrealistic dream show would be Boards of Canada. More realistically, the biggest must-see I'm missing is Kraftwerk. Oh, and if Arcade Fire and Radiohead ever toured together, I'd probably explode.
